James Gaven

As a high level, two sport athlete I love to compete. My dream is to play college baseball at a school that challenges me academically and athletically. I take pride in having the broad skillset and baseball IQ that allows me to affect a game in many ways. My versatility, base running, and situational hitting allows the coach to put me in a position that best helps the team win. As a pitcher, I am primarily a starter but can come out of the bullpen when the team needs me to get out of a jam. I am a hard worker on the field, in the gym and in the classroom. I maintain a high GPA an I'm looking for a school that will allow me to continue to play baseball at a high level and pursue my academic goals.
