Hi, My name is James Adams. I live in south Plainfield, I am a 4 year varsity athlete in winter and spring track. I am a 3 year variety athlete in football too. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and also going to the track and working out with my friends too during my free time. I have a little sister named Avery that's 11 years old and hopefully she wants to become a track runner like me when she gets older. I want to study Exerise science or do sports therapy/ athletic trainer. I want people to have the chance to still succeded in there sport even after having a back injury or season ending injury. My dream is to open my own training business with helping some of the top athletes in the country and also trying to run at the highest level I possibly can.
