Personal Statement
My name is Jaida Garcia, passionate and driven 4.0 student athlete on 15-Beacons at SoCal Volleyball club in Southern California. My freshman year at El Camino High School was nothing short of amazing—I had the privilege of playing varsity, where I earned First Team All-League honors in the Valley League. During the season, I broke two school records for most aces and assists, and finished the year ranked #144 nationally for aces. I was co-captain, and also honored with the Coach’s Award. I thrive on challenges, constantly seeking innovative solutions, and pride myself on my quick wit and ability to think on my feet. For me, there’s no obstacle too big—just an opportunity to grow and excel. We finished the season top 11 at scva championships.
