Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Jaelynn James and I play for DC Elite 18U Gold as an infield-outfield utility player and I served as one of the captains of the 16U team. I attend From the Heart Christian School (2026) in Suitland, MD. My high school does not have a softball team, however, I play softball at Riverdale High School where I start as a shortstop/ third basemen and received the MVP award for both the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 seasons. I intend to expand my skills collegiately and want to major in Criminal Justice with some minor in arts to become a criminal defense paralegal. Aside from softball, some of my passions include music, photography, painting, and reading.
