My name is Jacob Gillit, and I'm a sophomore at Valor Christian High School. I'm an offensive guard. I bring strength, technique, and leadership to the O-line to dominate the trenches. Since earning varsity reps as a freshman, I've further developed my skills, going up against the best and advancing my game to the next level. My love of football, dedication to my teammates, and work ethic drive my accomplishments on and off the field. Off the field, my family is a big part of my life. My father, a Denver police officer, and my mother, a social worker for child protective services, taught me discipline, integrity, and service. My two grandparents who were in the military, showed me the work ethic, determination, and leadership qualities I take onto the field.
