Personal Statement
I was a close defense starter on Varsity my freshman and sophomore year, selected to All League WCAL my sophomore year. I was a starter on JV basketball as a power forward my freshman (1 or 2 freshman on JV) and sophomore year and won MVP as a sophomore. I was a two way starter as a freshman and sophomore on JV football, playing outside linebacker and wide receiver. Run a 4.57 40 yard dash, with a 32 inch vertical and can dunk a basketball with two hands. I am one of 4 children. My whole family is athletic. My mom was a swimmer and ran track, my dad Harris Barton played football at UNC and when on to win 3 Super Bowls with the SF 49ers, and my older sister and brother both play DI lacrosse at UNC- Anna won a NCAA National Championship in 2022. I’m younger than most for my grade.
