Personal Statement
My name is Izzie Rutherford and I have been playing softball since I was 3 years old. I continued playing summer league softball until I was 7 years old when I tried out for a travel team. I had a cousin who played softball and pitched. I thought pitching looked like fun so I took a try at it and fell in love with that position. I continue to work hard and have become a utility player. I am now 15 years old and continue to play travel ball and softball for my school. I hope to continue my softball career into college.
