Isabella Swanson

Hello Coaches, my name is Isabella Swanson. I am a Catcher/1B and play for Athletics Mercado Gurrola 18u. I am a strong leader who communicates and keeps the energy up on my team. Supporting my teammates, especially my pitchers, is very important to me so that we can be the best versions of ourselves. For my offensive strengths, I am a power lefty who hits line drives, finds gaps, and drives in runs. Defensively, I am efficient behind the plate, vocal, and quick with my hands. In the classroom, I am vice president of FCA, an ambassador for HundrEd Youth, an intern for California state representative Suzette Vallederes, the creator of my lip gloss business, and a mentor for other girls who play softball in my area. I look forward to playing softball at the collegiate level!
