Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old. I have aspired to play at the collegiate level and I know it would be a once in a lifetime opportunity. I have a strong softball IQ both offensively and defensively. I am a team leader and a great teammate. I am currently the Varsity Captain of my high school team. I was awarded teammate of the year and BVAL Sportsmanship Award my sophomore year(2023) and Offensive Player of the year my freshman year(2022) in high school. I am hard working and very coachable. In the classroom I study hard and have been on the honor roll every semester in high school. In additional to playing softball I also coach the Edna Hills Junior High Varsity softball team. I want to attend a college where I can succeed in the classroom and on the softball field.
