Personal Statement
My name is Isaac Vargas, a junior student-athlete at Waldwick High School, graduating in 2026. Soccer has been my passion since childhood, and I've represented Waldwick and Warriors FC club for ten years. I have been an active player in the TSF club for the past eight years. Primarily a midfielder, I also play left wing, CDM, and central attacker. This year, we reached the Bergen Counties semi-finals, won our group, and clinched the state title. I've contributed 18 assists and seven goals this season. In the North 1 Group 1 sectional final, I scored the decisive goal, earning an MVP nomination by NJ.com and a three-star rating in the 2024 Group 1 finals. I'm eager to bring my dedication and passion to your college team. I look forward to contributing to your program.
