Personal Statement
I’m Imani Ferris from Los Angeles, California. I'm an honor roll student at Notre Dame Academy for the class of 2024 and I'm a RHP, OF, and MI. I have a diverse background as I am Black, Salvadoran, and Guatemalan with a supportive family. This affects my life in many ways, and it makes me want to be someone that young girls can look up to. I am a very hard-working, determined student-athlete. My assets are being an excellent listener, communicator, fast learner, and team player which shows both on and off the field. I'm always happy to play and I really love and enjoy the game. Every day I focus on things I can improve on. I'm very dedicated to my education, so balance is a skill of mine. I look forward to seeing what the future holds and how I grow as a person and student-athlete.
