HENRY DINGES

Hi, my name is Henry Dinges. I am a 2025 outfielder attending Regis Jesuit High School, known for its strong baseball program and rigorous academics. I value academics, and I take my studies very seriously. I am also persistent with my athletics; my training is essential. I have a strong work ethic and use it daily to improve myself athletically and academically. I raised my exit velocity from 88 to 94 and lowered my 60 from 7.4 to 6.72, all in a year. That was accomplished by lifting and hitting daily. Additionally, I have kept a 4.0 GPA over the past three years and am a member of the National Honors Society. I also have seen what it takes to play at the next level with my two older brothers, who were/are college athletes.
