Henry Arnold

I hope to balance playing lacrosse in college with my academic goals of studying in the biomedical or kinesiology field. Lacrosse continues to be an important part of my overall development and I look forward to continuing to learn from knowledgeable coaches and strong teammates. I've been described as a lengthy midfielder with a good change of speed and direction. Very coachable and absorb information “like a sponge." I have experience playing midfield, attack, and defense. My lacrosse honors include captain of my high school team, all-conference, and multiple showcase all-star teams.
