Heidi Smith

Soccer has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have always loved the game’s intensity, strategy, and teamwork. My journey began as a young girl playing on a coed soccer team, where I was one of two girls. Embracing that challenge helped me prove I could hold my own in any environment. Since then, I have transitioned to Seacoast United, where I have proudly competed for the past several years and continue to develop my skills. I love the mental and physical demands and lessons learned from both victory and defeat. Balancing soccer with honors and IB-level coursework has taught me strong time management skills, and I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA at New Hampton School. Soccer has shaped who I am, and I’m excited to continue growing and contributing to any team I join.
