Personal Statement
Softball has been an important part of my life that has allowed me to grow as an athlete, and as a person. I do not remember a time when I did not want to play. Softball has taught me many lessons. I have learned to not give up, keep practicing to get good at something I love, and to trust my teammates. Softball has also taught me time management skills, because it is a big time commitment, but I have stayed very organized and have kept my grades up. I work hard every day at the sport, to be the best player and teammate I can be, and every day at school to be the best student I can be.
