Personal Statement
I love volleyball (and hate to lose!), as any of my coaches and teammates will attest. I pride myself on being the hardest worker on any team, and taking criticism to heart, to make myself a better player. As a setter, I know that when my team succeeds, it's a direct reflection on me, so I always put my teammates first. And while I was incredibly honored to be named to the 2020 Ultra Ankle® JVA Watch List for the class of 2023, I'm just as proud of receiving the 2020 Ultra Ankle JVA AthLeader Award for my outstanding academic and public service achievements. Because I know the accomplishments I make now, both on and off the court will continue to serve me well in life, long after my volleyball career is over.
