Personal Statement
My name is Grace Lopez. I am a middle infielder for Athletics Mercado and attend Centennial High School. I live in Corona, CA with my Mom & Dad. My older brother is a Sgt in the Army currently stationed at JBLM near Seattle. I started playing softball at the age of 5. Softball gives me a sense of calm and takes my worries away. Even the toughest practices and games never feel like work-it’s rewarding. I apply that same work ethic in school. In College I hope to continue playing softball & developing on the field and in the classroom. I hope to major in sports psychology or business. When I'm not playing softball I enjoy playing with my dogs, shopping or to the beach & hanging out with friends.
