Personal Statement
My name is Grace Kessinger, I will be 2026 graduate from Frankton Jr-Sr High School with a 3.75 GPA. I play for Frankton High School and the Indiana Shockwaves 08 Duell 16U. My positions are RHP, OF, and 2B. Accurately locating my pitches and movement has been a key to my success. With the help of my pitching coach and the Rapsodo machine we found backspin works best for me. I specialize more up in the zone with a riseball and a curve ball followed by a circle change. Growing up on a farm has made me the person I am today and helped to determine that I wanted to go to school for business. I enjoy pitching because competing against each batter to see who is better in that moment is both a physical and mental challenge.
