Personal Statement
I fell in love with volleyball from the moment I picked up a ball in 6th grade. My goal has always been to compete at the highest level possible. I am committed to improving, whether that's weight lifting, coming early to practice to get some extra practice in, or asking the coaches any questions I have about how to improve my skills. If you don't see me at the gym, you could probably find me in the STEM lab working with my Robotics team, on the track throwing shot put, filming movies with the Film Club, or in the student senate. My favorite subjects are math and science. The reason I want to play volleyball in college is because of the community and friendships it brings. I would love the opportunity to play at a higher level and continue to challenge myself both on and off the court.
