Grace Holliday

I began volleyball in 6th grade, and my love for it has only grown since then. I am always driven to learn and improve my skills. Playing on my HS freshman team in 9th grade to varsity in 10th grade, I learned the value of team spirit and discipline. As captain of CJVA 15 Red, I worked on fundamental skills and led with a motivating attitude. Now, on CJVA 16 Black, I strive to strengthen all areas of my game.  I’m a 10th grade honor roll student involved in music, clubs, and volunteering. I am often told one of my biggest strengths as a teammate is my positivity. I take pride in this because an optimistic mental game is the key to an athlete's success. I aim to continue my academic and athletic career in a college best fit for my needs.
