Giselle Parker

Before falling in love with volleyball, I played other sports like soccer, gymnastics, and dance for many years. However, volleyball is the one that clicked. I started playing in 7th grade when I decided to try out for my middle school team. Although I did not make the team, I used the opportunity to try out for club volleyball to make myself a better player and come back stronger. Now, I am a starter and key player for both my high school team at the varsity level and my club team at the national level. I have become a versatile player, playing middle blocker and both pins. I may not play volleyball for the rest of my life after college, so I do take my academics seriously. Ultimately, I am very passionate about volleyball and school, so a college that supports that is the right fit.
