Personal Statement
Hi my name is Giselle Alvarez and I play for Wildcats 18U under Rob Weil. Previously played under Firecrackers Rico/Weil 18U. I attend Los Alamitos High School and am proud to say I made varsity freshmen year starting 3rd base, and batting 5th in the line up. We were named 2020 Champions of The Dave Kops Tournament of Champions in Bullhead City. We defeated Top-Ranked teams in the CIF-SS Division 1 Poll. I have received MVP metals for volleyball and winning first place in the OC Makers Challenge, which is a county wide Steam Competition in middle school. I was awarded the highest distinction, "Viking of The Year," which can be bestowed upon a student at Walker Junior High for showing exemplary leadership in academics, athletics, involvement on campus, and positive attitude.
