Personal Statement
Even though I am late to the sport, I love volleyball. It is my escape when the days become stressful. I’ve worked hard to get to where I am, and I continue to work daily. I want to play at the next level, and believe I have a good shot at doing so. I support and love all of my teammates and will carry that to the next level. I hate coming in second place, but will always give credit where it’s due. I am an easy going person who loves to laugh and smile. I always love to see my teammates make plays. I am more stoic when it comes to my own play, because I am more critical of myself. Even though I am stoic, I lead by example and allow my play and athletic ability do the talking for me.
