Personal Statement
My name is Gianluca Marchini. I am a 2026 graduating year. I attend Yorktown High School in Yorktown NY. My club team is Prime time 2026. As a freshman I played varsity lacrosse under coach Tim Schur where we won a sectional championship. I finished the season with 27 pts. I can play both attack and midfield. I am a two time Maverick Showcase invitee. I played for Nike all American games for the 2025 team New York. I am part of the criminal justice club at Yorktown and I also volunteer for Able lacrosse, a organization that is dedicated to providing inclusive sports opportunities for children with rare genetic disorders and special needs. I enjoy playing golf, basketball and hockey with my 3 brothers.
