Personal Statement
Hi, I’m Georgia. I have been playing lacrosse since first grade and since then have fallen in love with the sport. I love the intensity and speed of lacrosse and I also love the positive atmosphere both my high school and club teams have created. I am a very hardworking player and I am always practicing my stick work and dodging outside in my yard. Since I am only 5’3 I am able to use my size to my advantage. I am also a true lefty, which helps with shooting and attack. I am able to sneak and cut through defenders and I am also very shifty with my foot work. My 1v1 defense and on and off ball communication are very strong. In addition to playing lacrosse I also play defense for my varsity high school soccer team which has greatly improved my defensive positioning in lacrosse.
