Gavin Leadbetter

My name is Gavin Leadbetter. Baseball has been my passion since I started at 7 years old. It has taught me so much about being a good person, friend & leader. I want to use baseball to further my education & become a doctor. My Mom is a nurse & the care she gives her patients & the people around her inspire me. This is how I want to contribute as an adult. Before August 2022 my primary position was catcher but because of my size I retired from the position. I now play 1st & 3rd base & pitch. Pitching is new to me but I am working very hard to learn the position even becoming my HS team's #2 starter. In my spare time I like to listen to music & collect vinyl records. I like to hang out with my friends & go camping and kayaking at the lake.
