Personal Statement
Hi, I’m Gabrielle. I have been playing volleyball since I was 7. I also spent 10 years in competitive soccer, where I learned the value of teamwork. I retired in 2022 to focus on volleyball but stayed involved by managing the varsity girls’ soccer team for 2 years. Off the court, I earned the Presidential Service Gold Award for my volunteer work. I have a sister who plays competitive volleyball and is a ballerina—when she performs, you can find me behind the camera. We have 2 dogs: a tiny poodle and a husky we fostered and adopted. My family loves traveling and trying new things together. Whether it’s a road trip or beach volleyball, we’re in. I bring energy, resilience, leadership, and a strong love for the game to every team I join and am excited to keep growing and challenging myself.
