Personal Statement
I’m Gabbi Boot from Portage, Michigan. I have played lacrosse for 6 years, and I currently play for Portage Women's Lacrosse and True Lacrosse Kalamazoo as a defender. My strongest skills are communication, sliding, re-defending, and ball handling. I can often receive the ball off a clear and cradle in both my right and left hand. I can also create offensive plays if I have the opportunity. I’m always looking to improve my quickness and shot placement. I tend to step up as a leader and am always trying to help and support my teammates where I can. I maintain above a 3.70 GPA and have taken multiple honors classes, and now IB classes. I am currently looking to study communications or sports management in college.
