Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since I was 6 years old. My family first got me into the sport but soon I realized I would have a new found family. I predominantly am a pitcher but also play the outfield. I enjoy the control pitching gives me as it allows for me to showcase my leadership and strategy in the game. I am able to prioritize my academics, job, and other life aspirations while also being able to excel in softball. I plan to study and have a career in Urban or Architectural Design. I strive to get the opportunity to create more sustainable living as well as opportunities for housing and entertainment.The community softball brings is like no other, including friendships I will cherish forever, I would never want to miss an opportunity to play the sport I love with the people I love.
