Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Ethan Sockalosky and I am a 2025 graduate of Mahtomedi High School. I'm entering my sixth year of playing lacrosse this spring and would love to have the opportunity to continue on playing outside of high school and into college. My coaches would describe me as coachable, aggressive, a leader on the defensive end, and having a high lacrosse IQ. I had a 3.8 GPA in my first two years of high school, and this year I am aiming to improve that while taking a few rigourous courses including CIS Spanish 4 and AP Language and Composition. I'm interested in majoring in Psychology, I want to bring more attention to men's mental health as well as help people get through their mental battles as I know how hard they can be from personal experience.
