Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since I was 3 years old. It was a sport I grew up loving. I knew from the moment I turned on the Florida vs Nebraska game, that I wanted to play softball in college. I am still not 100% certain on my major or what I want to be after college. I do know that I want to play college softball and I am prepared to do whatever it takes. I have always been told I am a very coachable player, but I know that the biggest difference between me and other girls is my knowledge and understanding of the game. The only thing I can see myself being right now after college is a coach, because I can not imagine my life without this sport. Coaching is something I know I can be great at because of the knowledge of the game that I possess and I believe that makes me different.
