Emmah Schmidt

My love for this game lights a fire in me and always has. God has blessed me with a skill. Do not let my height or my weight be a deterrent. What I am lacking in height I make up in strength, determination and volleyball IQ. My freshman and sophomore year I had the privilege of being a starter on varsity as an outside hitter and all-around. I am the player that goes after the balls when no one else does to save the point. Volleyball has taught me a lot and continues to teach me how to push myself, how to be a better person, teammate, and to learn not just from my coaches but also from my teammates and opponents. My goal is to play in college and beyond if possible if I am given the opportunity.
