Personal Statement
My name is Emma Parnell. I am a multi-sport athlete, playing volleyball and softball. My primary position in softball is catcher because I'm involved in every pitch. I take pride in playing sports and work hard to be the best athlete and teammate I can be. On Deck timed my pop time at 1.89 in June 2024, but I have been as quick as 1.71 since. I am fast as a catcher, running a 20 yard time of 2.94. I played in the USA Softball All American Games in 2022, participated in the On Deck Jamboree in 2024, and accepted an invite to the 2025 On Deck Jamboree. I also take pride in school, as I have a GPA of 4.0. When I am not playing sports, I enjoy to be around my friends and family. But I also enjoy baking, and watching college sports and MLB baseball.
