Personal Statement
I’m Emma Lawrence, Class of 2025, Franklin High School. I’m a multi-sport athlete (field/box lacrosse, ice hockey), a dedicated student (4.7 GPA, 7 APs by graduation, 4 engineering classes, high honor roll), and an active member of my school (Best Buddies, Eco Club, Film Club, NHS/NHS Bylaws Committee) as well as in my community (youth girls lacrosse coach, active member of my church, 30+ hours of community service each year, Beautiful You MRKH member). I was named the 2025 Distinguished Young Woman of Franklin, and I am a captain for my lacrosse team. I’m competitive, hard working, and have strong leadership skills, but I also am kind, compassionate, and funny! My goal is to attend a college with a strong engineering/architecture program, and play on their varsity level lacrosse team.
