Personal Statement
I started volleyball not knowing how to move efficiently on the court or make plays. After years, I learned what it meant to have a great connection with a team and win a medal! I believe that I am very lucky for my family, friends, and coaches who care about me and I owe it all to them. My parents will drive in a cramped car for as long as it takes just to watch me play. I am always excited to play, even if it is a couple minutes after practice, I can not wait to get back in the gym. I tend to sit and relax by watching college volleyball, and absorbing techniques, smart plays, and what a good teammate really is.
