Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Emily Thomas and I am a Senior at American Leadership Academy - West Foothills in Waddell, AZ, class of 2024. I’ve been playing softball for the last 8 years and currently I play OF with Team Hustle Blackjack, in Surprise, AZ. When I’m not on the field, I am either grinding in the gym, working in batting cages, spending time on school projects or spending time with my family. Over the years, I’ve learned that softball requires hard work, communication, dedication, commitment and perseverance. Playing the game isn’t and will never be easy, but I’m always working to be the best student athlete I can be! My hope is you give me the opportunity to show you what I have learned thus far in the sport.
