Personal Statement
Hi my name is Emily Quintero and I am a passionate student athlete. I have been playing softball since I was 3 years old. As a player I am constantly striving to excel in academics and softball. I have maintained a 3.5 GPA or higher throughout high school all while having practice/lessons every day of the week. As an athlete I am always working on my skills and trying to perfect them. I know that I will make mistakes but rather then let them bring my game down I use them as learning tools and grow from them. As a team mate I would consider myself to be supportive of all my teammates. I cheer for them on and off the field and always try my best to pick everybody up when they are down.
