Personal Statement
My name is Emily. I’ve been playing soccer since I was 4 years old and a goalkeeper by age 8. I’m looking to play women’s soccer in college. I currently the goalkeeper for LGN Stony Brook Storm 2009 team and I play varsity soccer since freshman year for Newfield High school. Soccer is my passion and I’m constantly learning, taking feedback from my coaches and teammates, pushing myself to improve and give the best of myself on and off the field. I’m enrolled in honor and AP classes, I’ve been playing the double bass since 4th grade and I’m involved in many clubs at school. I also run track since 7th grade. In my free time I love to spend time with my family and friends.
