Personal Statement
My name is Emily Hughes and I am a 2025 graduate attending Foothill HighSchool in Pleasanton CA. My love for softball started at a young age and has continued to grow through travel ball and highschool. I fully dedicate myself on the field to express my skills and off the field in school, to challenge myself every day. I continue to learn more from my peers,coaches,and parents who teach me to never stop trying or give up. I enjoy spending time with family and friends outside of softball and playing piano as well as volunteering at my highschool. Softball has given me several opportunities to grow and become a better athlete.
