Personal Statement
My name is Emily Fortin, a pitcher for I-5 Snyder 16u based in Santa Clarita. I attend Ernest Righetti High School and am set to graduate in 2026. With a decade of softball experience, including five years on a travel team, I've maintained a varsity position in softball and volleyball throughout high school. Looking forward, I aim to continue my softball journey in college while pursuing a degree in business. I pride myself on being teachable, hardworking, and dedicated, qualities that I believe make me an asset to any softball program. I thrive on competition, value teamwork, and strive for excellence in everything I do. Outside of sports and academics, I enjoy playing competitive cornhole, where I am sponsored by Brotherhood Cornhole, and spending time with my family.
