Emily Barnes

I am a 5'7" outside hitter from Louisville KY. I play on UNION 17 Purple and varsity at Kentucky Country Day School. I have played on KCD's varsity volleyball team since eighth grade, where I played as a starting outside hitter. I am looking for a small or medium-sized college, one to four hours away from Louisville. Though I am still figuring out what path I would like to take in college, I am interested in Pre-Med or Pre-Physical Therapy. I'm eager to find a school that will allow me to thrive and grow as a student and a player. Outside of volleyball I volunteer at the Conrad Caldwell House Museum and give tours detailing the house's history, participate in events to promote my school to prospective families, and work as a stage manager in my school's theatre productions.
