Personal Statement
I am a rising junior at Ridgewood High School in New Jersey. I have been playing softball for 12 years and my passion for my game has grown immensely. It has become one of the biggest parts of my life. I am a leader on my team and a hard worker - I always give 100% at my practices and games and towards my teammates and coaches. I am always looking to improve by learning from my coaches and teammates. I am primarily a catcher and in this position I get to be a leader on the field, but I am always willing to step into any position on the field to help my team. In addition to softball I was accepted into a program through my High school called Ridgewood Academy for Health Professions. This program is made up of a select 25 students who are passionate about going into the medical field.
