Personal Statement
I am a creative setter who spends countless hours perfecting my skills. I have been working on watching the other side of the net to run plays, setting my team up for success. I am thankful to have been recognized by Prep Dig as one of the 2022 Stand-Outs “It’s quite a feat when you can pull a blocker as a setter by just your mere presence. Elliott Rauch was such an efficient attacker this weekend, she was able to open up opportunities for her hitters before even setting the ball. Rauch doesn’t just take the ball on two, she takes a crack at the ball, oftentimes finding the floor. When she isn’t calling her own number, her set location was beautifully placed for her hitters.” My goals for playing in college are to fit in as a member of the team but stand out by being a leader as well.
