Personal Statement
I have been training with OGX for a year now. I trained 3-4 nights a week over the winter and am seeing great results. I train on a pitching program developed for me and I also follow a strength and Conditioning program developed for me. I am a dedicated athlete to softball and I train and work hard not only at softball, but my academic’s too. I have a 4.0 through my Junior year of HS all while training hard for softball. My Broad jump is topped at 102, bench 135lbs, Dead lift 300lbs, and my medicine ball throw is 28inches. I am Extremely athletic and hard working athlete looking to play at the next level!
