Personal Statement
Hello! I have been playing lacrosse for as long as I can remember. I like to think of myself as a good teammate who strives to make plays happen. While my speed contributes to offensive and defensive plays, I recognize that success is a team effort. My competitive nature is evident on the lacrosse field, as I am not afraid of a challenge and prefer to embrace it. In participating in other sports, I learn qualities about myself that I am able to transfer to the game of lacrosse. I am also able to experience other coaching styles which is something I value greatly when being on a team. The few setbacks that I have encountered in my lacrosse career have taught me to be resilient and to work hard. I look forward to demonstrating my tenacity this summer as I take my game to the next level.
