Personal Statement
Hi, I’m Ella Walden. I am a senior in high school and soccer has been a big part of my life since I was 6. I have played recreational soccer, travel soccer, and high school soccer. What I love about soccer is the atmosphere, the team experience, and just playing the game. In addition, I am a soccer referee and a mentor for 4 and 5 year olds learning to play the game, which I absolutely enjoy. I have had a number of different coaches over the years and the things that I value most include balanced feedback, constructive criticism, positivity, and encouragement. I am in the middle of my college search as I hoping to become a teacher and a coach. I am looking forward to the showcase to learn more about soccer at the next level and get exposure to different colleges.
