Personal Statement
Being a competitive person has always been in my nature. Earning something so deeply desired by putting in the utmost effort you have is the best reward one can receive. Ever since I was young, participation in sports and anything athletic really is what I have always gravitated towards. Not only is it fun to win, but the experience of making lifelong friendships and learning to be a selfless teammate means so much more. I may not be the tallest, fastest, strongest person out on the volleyball court, but inside, I am willing to work harder than anyone else to become that person.
