Ella Langenhorst

I have big dreams to play softball in college while I pursue a degree in the medical field. While I am not quite sure what I want to do, I gravitate toward sports medicine or physical therapy. You see, my hero was my Grandpa Dave. He lost his legs due to cancer long before he lost his life 6 years ago. One of his favorite things to do was watch me play sports, and I promised him that I would never waste my abilities because I saw what it was like to live without. I am very goal-oriented, disciplined, and coachable. Being a collegiate student-athlete has been a lifelong dream, and I will use my solid work ethic, leadership ability, and upbeat attitude to be the best teammate I can be.
