Ella Herrmann

My name is Ella and I play Libero/Defensive Specialist. I developed my love of volleyball watching my older sister and once I played in grade school, I was hooked! I had a great coach who saw my potential and challenged me to be better every day. My parents were very supportive and enabled me to play club to help strengthen my skills and agility. I trained hard and made the Varsity team my Freshman year, despite the challenges that COVID brought to the season. Our team even won the state championship my sophomore year. Through high school I gained the discipline to maintain a 4.67 GPA while practicing and playing volleyball 7 days a week. With a dream of becoming a neonatal nurse, I know I have the drive, ambition, and support to enable me to achieve my goals, both on and off the court.
