Personal Statement
My name is Ella Fletcher. I play for VA Glory 16u Ladia. I am a right handed pitcher and corner infielder. I am honored to be a USA HPP Selectee, 2nd team all-conference, USSSA All American Direct Invite, as well as a Select 30 Champion. One of my strengths is my determination. I will work as hard as possible to reach a goal I have set for myself. I always leave it all out on the field. I am a high energy, vocal leader and gritty competitor. I currently go to Bishop O’Connell High School. When I’m not on the field, I like to lift weights, hang out with my friends, listen to music, cook, and bake. I am interested in studying Sports Medicine in college.
